Our in-house BREEAM Schools Assessor compliments our team of 45 engineers, including a Sustainability Consultant by offering a range of BREEAM services and advice on energy efficiency and environmental best practice within the school built environment.

Sustainable Design

We are leaders in sustainable design and In order to predict a buildings performance we provide both BREEAM and modelling consultancy We are expert in modelling and use the IES virtual environment software suite to simulate the buildings performance

We prepare simulations and reports for

· C0₂ emissions

· Overheating

· Natural daylight factors

· Building Regulations Part L2a (2006) full report and compliance

· BREEAM Assessment

Renewable Technologies

We are very experienced in providing renewable energy sourced solutions and provide consultancy for the following technologies:
